Shipping

AZAMRA ships all over the world. We normally process and ship orders from our office in Jerusalem, Israel as soon as we can. If for some reason immediate shipping is not possible, we will notify you at once. Processing, shipping and delivery to most locations is usually within 7-10 business days or less. If you have any questions about the status of your order, please contact AZAMRA. Be sure to quote the ORDER NUMBER on your Order Confirmation.

Canceling an Order

You may cancel all or part of your order if you contact AZAMRA before the order is shipped. After your order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

Guarantee of Satisfaction

We stand behind our products and guarantee your satisfaction with every order. If, for any reason, your shipment is not satisfactory, we will gladly replace it or refund your money (excluding shipping and handling charges) within 30 days. Returned items must be factory fresh, showing no signs of wear and tear. All returns must include all original packaging, paperwork, and cartons for a complete refund. We are sorry, but shipping and handling charges on returned items are not refundable.  Defective items may be returned in exchange for the same title. Non-defective items cannot be returned. If you would like to return an item that was purchased for you as a gift, please contact us.

 

Defective merchandise

Defective items may be returned in exchange for the same title. Upon inspection and verification of a manufacturer’s defect, Azamra will gladly replace the defective merchandise and pay for the return shipping charges.

Azamra accepts the following forms of payment for your online purchases: PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

How to use the Shopping Cart

As you browse through our store, you may see items that you want to buy. Each time you click ADD TO CART, the item shown is added to your shopping cart. When you have finished browsing, you can go to your shopping cart and remove items or increase the quantity of an item. Then you can decide to buy some more products now. To get to the shopping cart, click SHOPPING CART on the toolbar.

Change the quantity of an item

When an item is added to your shopping cart, it is assumed that you only want one. However, you can increase the quantity if you want. Type the quantity next to the description. Click on the UPDATE button, and your shopping cart is updated.

Remove an item

If you decide that you don't want to buy an item, you may remove it from your shopping cart. Click on DELETE next to the item you want to remove. The item is removed from your shopping cart.

Continue shopping

Once you have viewed your shopping cart, you may decide that you want to continue shopping. Click on SHOP SOME MORE. You are returned to the last page you were viewing.

Gifts

You are welcome to order items to be sent as gifts. If you wish to send gifts to more than one person, please make out a separate order for each recipient as we can only ship to one address per order. If you are sending an item as a gift, you may enter a message of up to 255 characters to the recipient.

Donations

If you wish to give a donation in support of Azamra’s projects, please note that our website technology treats your donation as a “product” for “sale”. When you click on a donation option, you will be able to specify the project that you wish to support. You will be prompted to add the “item” to your “shopping cart”. You will also have the option of ordering books and other products.

How to Buy

If you are finished shopping and would like to purchase your items, click BUY PRODUCTS NOW on the “Shopping Cart” page. To place your order, you will be asked to follow a number of steps.

♦ Fill in your name, full address, email address and phone number

♦ If the shipping address is the same as your address, check SHIP TO NAME AND ADDRESS ABOVE.

Please check this box even if you are giving a donation. If the shipping address is different from your address, fill in the full shipping address. If the item is a gift, be sure you enter the full name and shipping address of the recipient.

♦ Verify products and quantities ordered: You can adjust the quantity of a product by changing the associated quantity. Put a 0 (a zero) in the quantity field if you do not want a particular product.

♦ Enter your credit card or PayPal information and click the CONTINUE button. You will still have a chance to cancel your order. You will be prompted to verify all the information you entered and submit the order.

Congratulations

Your order is complete! You will receive a confirmation on your screen that your order has been submitted, together with details of the order and your Order Number. Please print this page for your records. An email confirmation of your order will be sent to the email address you entered.

 

Missing items

If an item is missing from your order, please contact AZAMRA to determine the cause. Sometimes items are shipped separately or you may have inadvertently left it out of your original order, in which case you may place another order. If Azamra did leave out an item, we will send it to you at no additional shipping charge.

Wrong items

If you receive the wrong item, please contact AZAMRA. You will not be charged shipping for returning the wrong item or additional shipping for receiving the correct item. We are sorry, but if you mistakenly ordered the wrong item, you will have to pay all shipping charges associated with returning the item and ordering another item.
